KollabiuMTo contact KollabiuM support, open "More" → "Care Service" and tap "New ticket". Real people on our team will help if you can't sign in, you paid but your plan didn't turn on, something isn't working right, or you simply can't figure out how to do something.
How to contact the Care Service?
- Open "More" → "Care Service".
- Tap "New ticket".
- Choose a category: "Plans", "AI Studio", "Account and login" or "Other".
- Fill in the "Subject", for example "Sign-in error" or "Question about my plan".
- In "Describe the problem", tell us what happened: what you were doing, what you expected and what you got instead. If you saw an error, copy its text.
- Tap "Send".
Never send passwords or codes from emails. The "Care Service" will never ask for them.
How to contact support if you can't sign in?
You can submit a request without signing in to your account. On the "Care Service" page, tap "Can’t log in?", enter a contact email where we'll send the link and our reply and, if you remember them, the username or email of your account. Confirm your email using the link we send you, and your request will reach us.
Where to find our reply
- "Open tickets" lists requests we're working on. When there's a reply, a dot appears next to "Care Service" in the menu, and you'll get a notification.
- Statuses: "New", "In progress", "Waiting for your reply" (we need more details from you) and "Resolved".
- "Closed tickets" lists resolved requests. If the issue comes back, tap "New ticket about this topic" so we'll see the previous conversation.
Older requests
On September 24, 2026, we moved to a new "Care Service". Conversations from before that date are kept in an archive. If your question is still open, create a new request so we'll see the number of the previous one.
