KOLLABIUM FZCO provides KollabiuM’s paid services. Your purchase gives you digital access to Platform features, plans or AI Studio credits. Product features and prices are shown on the plans page and the relevant purchase page.
Payment methods and currency
You can pay using the methods shown at checkout. Before confirming, check your product, access period, currency and total amount.
Plan prices are shown in US dollars. Credit packs and other products use the currency displayed on the purchase page. If you pay in a different currency, the amount is calculated at the exchange rate shown at checkout when you pay. You are responsible for any bank or payment system fees charged to you.
When access starts
By paying for a plan or product, you ask for access to start immediately after payment. The service is deemed rendered when access is opened, as stated in clause 6.6 of the Terms of Service.
Your plan period
When the paid period ends, your plan returns to KollabiuM X. To extend your plan, make a new payment. See section 6 of the Terms of Service.
Refund conditions
You can get a refund within 14 days of payment: for your first plan purchase, if you have not used its features or credits; for a credit pack, if no credits from it have been spent; for a certificate, if it has not been activated or given as a gift. Other conditions and exceptions are in section 9 of the Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Contact support or email support@kollabium.com. State your reason and attach proof of payment, as required by clause 9.6 of the Terms of Service.
Your request is reviewed within 21 business days. An approved refund is made using your original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes to reach you depends on the bank or payment system. See clauses 9.6 and 9.7 of the Terms of Service.
