KollabiuM Child Safety Standards

KollabiuM prohibits the exploitation of children and any material that harms or exploits them. This applies throughout our social network and AI Studio, including private messages and AI-generated content. The platform is operated by KOLLABIUM FZCO. These protections cover everyone under 18.

If you see this kind of content or believe a child may be at risk, open the post, profile or message menu in the app or on the website and select “Report”. Choose a reason, add an explanation if needed and submit your report.

You can also contact support or email support@kollabium.com if you do not have an account or cannot use the report feature. Tell us that your concern involves a child's safety, include a link or content identifier and briefly explain what happened. Please do not download or forward the material; telling us where to find it is enough.

We review reports as soon as possible. When a child is at risk, we act without waiting for further reports. If a violation is confirmed, we remove the prohibited material and permanently ban accounts responsible for exploiting children or distributing such material.

We comply with applicable child protection laws. We retain the necessary information about violations with restricted access and share it with the appropriate authorities when required by law.
