How to report a user or post in KollabiuM

To report a user, post or message, tap "Report" in the chat or send a ticket to the "Care Service". You'll be helping make KollabiuM safer for everyone. We review reports within 24 hours.

How to report a message, post or user?

  • For a message, group or channel, tap "Report" in the message menu or under "⋯" at the top of the chat. Learn more in "How to report a message or chat".
  • For a post, comment, story or user, contact the "Care Service": "New ticket", category "Other". Include a link to the post or profile and briefly describe what's wrong. You can copy a link to a post from its menu: "Copy link".
  • By email, write to support@kollabium.com.

What to include in your report

  • What exactly breaks the rules, with a link to the post or profile, or a screenshot.
  • Which rule you think was broken.
  • If it affects you personally, describe how it has affected you.

The more precise your description, the faster we can sort it out.

While we review your report

If someone is bothering you, don't wait. Protect yourself right away:

  • restrict them: stop them from messaging you or seeing your posts or stories;
  • block them so you'll stop seeing each other, and they won't be able to message you;
  • hide their posts from your feed: "Not interested in this author".

See "How to block someone on KollabiuM" for how to do this.

What to do if someone reports you?

If your content was removed or restricted, you'll get a notification explaining why. If you disagree, tap "Appeal" or contact the "Care Service".
