KollabiuMTo join a conference, open the invite link and tap "Join live", or, if you don't have an account, enter your name and tap "Join conference". You don't need to sign up for the social network.
How to join with or without an account?
If you have a KollabiuM account. Open the invite link and tap "Join live". If the broadcast hasn't started yet, you'll see a "Wait for opening" button.
If you don't have an account. Open the link, enter "Your name", and tap "Join conference". If the organizer asked for an email address, we'll send a 6-digit code to it. You don't need to sign up for the social network.
If the organizer has turned on approval, you'll wait in a waiting room until a moderator lets you in.
How to test your camera and microphone?
Before you join, you'll see "Equipment check" for your camera, microphone, and speakers. Tap "Play sound" to hear yourself, then "Ready, join the room". Your own video is mirrored, like looking in a mirror, but everyone else sees it the right way around.
If something isn't working, check that your browser is allowed to use your camera and microphone.
During the broadcast
- "Chat": write to all participants.
- "Questions": ask the hosts a question. It'll appear after a moderator reviews it.
- "Raise hand": if the hosts allow it, this is how you ask to come on stage.
- If you're invited to speak, you'll see "You are invited to speak" and can choose "Join the stage" or "Not now".
